Designed by the University of Gastronomic Sciences in collaboration with Slow Food and the Wine Bank, the Master merges on campus classes, visits to wine cellars and vineyards, tasting workshops and study trips with meetings led by famous italian and international personalities in the world of oenology, agronomy and culture.
We are open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m.
On Sundays we are open from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Easter Sunday we’ ll be open from 10.00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
On Monday the 22nd of April we are open in the morning, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Thursday the 25th of April and Wednesday the 1st of May we’ll be open as usual.

Saturday 20 of April there will be a guided tour in the historic cellar and a tasting experience to discover the Italian world of the white wines, through a selection of 5 different wines from PIEMONTE paired with traditional cheese and salami or “Presidi Slow Food“.
